Hello Again
Gym buddy was back again. Instead of laying right in front of the entrance he decided to stick to a wall this time.

Poor guy, he seems so bored.

Breakfast
Vanilla Greek yogurt, oatmeal, oat flakes, granola & berries…

All mixed up…

Oooh, almost forgot my scoop of peanut butter.

Lunch
Lunch is what I like to call “Leftover Salad”. Super easy to do. Just get some greens, any greens, and dump your leftover dinner over top of it and voila, you get this:

Yam and corn hash, halibut, crab stuff shrimp, grape tomatoes and a green olive roll from Terra Breads. Yum!
Dinner
Salmon burger with cream cheese and spinach hummus and a side salad.


Dessert
Greek yogurt, granola, berries, guava and a graham cracker with cream cheese.


Along with some unpictured chocolate covered gummy bears.
